8 What separates an elite performer and an under-achiever, is their varying degrees of self-awareness. Self-awareness is powered (or impeded) by one's ability (or lack thereof) to recognize the existence of a greater capacity to achieve lurking within. This recognition of latent potential can be life altering when an individual is able to explore, and then unleash the full extent of their untapped energy for the purpose of self-fulfilment. One's capacity to achieve is without limit, in-fact, the capacity to achieve is a direct function of your ability transform the tremendous potential energy within you, into kinetic energy (or energy by reason of motion).

8 Effort is great, but your return on effort (R.O.E) is a product of your perceived ability, or what we like to refer to as Notional Potential. At N.L.S.T we strive to obliterate the safe confines of notionality by tapping into your inner potential or what we like to call True Potential.  True potential in my estimation is the most untapped resource in the corporate universe. It’s awe-inspiring that humans can accomplish so much, even though so many of us aren't even close to running on all cylinders. Imagine what you would be able to achieve professionally and otherwise if you believed your accomplishments to date (no matter how impressive) was just a preamble, a tip of the proverbial iceberg. The methodology employed by N.L.S.T. is singular in focus; Unleashing the Juggernaut Within!

8 A juggernaut is an unstoppable entity that achieves its objective regardless of the obstacles in its path. Relentless in its pursuits, a juggernaut possesses a belief system so deep, that conquering any literal or figurative mountain is just a matter of time. The word ‘IF’ has be deleted from the vocabulary of juggernaut and replaced with the word 'WHEN'N.L.S.T differs from other sales acceleration systems in that we don't sell dependency—we are in the business of unleashing the power of SELF; a desirable proposition for any sales organization aiming to tackle the new economy with a stable of self-managers.

8 Remember, a self-manager views quotas and targets as artificial barriers. They set their goals based on their own expectations for themselves. Self-mangers understand that expectations dictate performance—this has been the creed of self-made millionaires for centuries. When you realize your potential is boundless, your goals truly become your own. When you put a lid on your potential, your goals become whatever your boss tells you they are. To excel you must hold yourself to a higher standard, (higher than the status quo that is). If your abilities are truly deserving of great success, then you must push yourself that much more. Logic dictates that a professional who is keenly in touch with their capacity to excel, has no choice but to be a self-manager. Average performers are rarely self-managers—like sheep, they require direction at every turn.
